The Bellewood: From The Legacy Series, a
beautiful cape style design. Choose from four popular log profiles, with all
White Pine logs and Douglas Fir structural beams properly kiln dried and TPI graded.
Note: Logs are not a lower grade such as "cabin grade" or such. As a
material package summary of
items supplied, all properly kiln dried TPI graded logs and beams, all windows,
doors, trim, subfloor framing and Advantec decking, mud sill plates, decks,
porches, wall framing, stains and borates, and so much more and are all
included and affordably priced!

beams are properly kiln dried & TPI grade certified, plus all
required accessories are also included. Log walls are precut,
bundled and wrapped, and also include all fasteners, gaskets,
sealants, and exterior stains.
Timber Frame Data: Posts, girders (girts), &
curve cut knee braces are Douglas Fir, planed smooth, and chamfered
on the edges. Heavy timber floor joists and heavy timber roof
components are also Douglas Fir. All heavy timber posts,
girders, joists, roof truss and rafter components are properly kiln
dried. Exposed pegs are hardwood dowels, oak or other.
Log Selections: Choice of 4 popular
pre-cut log profiles (all the same price), or an option for our timber
framed upgrade!
