Featured Plans 2: Timber Framed Designs In the current spotlight we are showcasing our most requested timber design, The Eagle Creek. For the past few years we have gotten repeated requests for information about this plan. We have also received numerous requests for a slightly smaller version, thus the brand new "floor plans only" preview of The Aspen. The exterior elevation look of the two designs is quite similar, preserving the curb appeal. Custom designed by White Eagle Building Systems, these plans are offered in complex timber framing, featuring mortise and tenoned joinery of Douglas Fir timbers, with options for other quality wood species as well. By request, we will also supply these designs in our handcrafted log or log post and beam, MillCrafted, or our TimberCrafted package selections.
The Eagle Creek Plan Description, The Eagle Creek. 4,820 square foot of finished space on the top two levels, and including: An open floor plan for the great room, kitchen, and dining area, looking up to the upper loft. An attractive main level master bedroom & bath suite. A large walk in pantry, and a spacious laundry are also located on the main level, and as well as a 1/2 bath. A vaulted great room featuring hammerbeam trusses, a stoned fireplace, with lots of glass and light. A beautiful open timbered stairs and mortised and tenoned railings are a focal point. Two upper level bedrooms, two full baths, and an open upper loft, plus another area perfect for an upper office.
