CedarCrafted Design GalleryFor a conventional home, our CedarCrafted package is one of our most popular options.This building style is specifically for those who prefer the warmth, qualities, and beauty of Western Red Cedar, built in a traditional fashion. Buyers can choose from pre-framed walls or pre-cut SIPs panels exterior walls and pre-cut interior famed partitions. For a full log home look, substitute our large profile round log siding and log corners for the Cedar siding and paneling materials, and you have our Enerlog System. This architectural selection is also available in our most complete package upgrade, our Handcrafters Selection Package option. Standard Materials Package: CedarCrafted Option All treated sill plates. All TGI engineered floor trusses or joists, structural beams, hangers, and plywood subfloor. All pre-framed 2" x 6" exterior walls with sheathing applied. R-24 SIPS panels are optional. All pre-framed 2" x 4" and 2" x 6" interior walls. All lamb's wool insulation: R-20 for walls & R-40 for roofs. All engineered roof trusses specific to your plan. R-40 SIPS panels and structural support is optional. All Sheathing: 3/4" Advantec subfloor, 7/16" sheathing, 7/16" OSB roofing. All windows and exterior doors are Loewen double pane Low-E argon filled, aluminum clad. All interior door units are prehung Douglas Fir 6 panel stain grade units. All brass door hardware. All stain grade interior window casing, door casing, and baseboard. All stair parts, handrails, and support columns required. All exterior Western Red Cedar siding, soffit material, fascia, and trim. All interior Western Red Cedar paneling All carpet grade stairs, handrails, & support columns. All 40 year asphalt shingles, gable vents (if applicable) & roofing felt. Not Included: Labor, delivery, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, cabinets, flooring, shelving, lighting, plumbing fixtures, foundation, paint, stains, decking, exterior handrails, fasteners, applicable taxes in certain areas. Options: *All decks, porches, and exterior hand rails. *All freight to your building site. *Technical assistance. *Full custom design option. *Optional Precut Urethane R-24 SIPS panels for exterior walls and for R-40 SIPS panels for roof.
